FQR team

M. Éric Thibeault

coordinator

“Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you’ll land among the stars!” Oscar Wilde must hear Eric’s voice from the Great Beyond sometimes, given how often Eric repeats this famous quote! Determined, imaginative, daring: our Coordinator is a man who thrives on projects… small projects, medium projects, and especially large-scale projects! With him, the best initiatives often start with a brainstorming session! And then, he starts hitting it out of the park! As an avid sports fan, he’ll likely appreciate this reference! In fact, he’s been the “captain” of the FQR team since the very beginning! He knows how to bring out the best in his teammates and has a clear goal in mind: to develop the skills of workers throughout Quebec and find the best solutions available!

Mme Mélanie Boudreault

Office Clerk

Where would we be without Mélanie? She’s the heart of FQR… almost literally! First, Mélanie serves as our Coordinator Éric’s right hand. She supports him with his packed schedule and the ever-changing status of his files. She acts both as his memory and his notifications. Eric says that Mélanie absolutely saves his life 20 times a day! But Mélanie’s role is much broader and sometimes unpredictable. Neither tight deadlines nor new and complex technologies or communications of all kinds scare her! She has saved our professional lives at least once! To top it all off, she is patient, caring, and all smiles! With her, workers’ continuing education is in good hands!

Mme Elisabeth Côté

Communications Advisor

Creative, professional down to her fingertips, sociable, and diplomatic, Elisabeth has the word “communication” tattooed on her heart!  She is responsible for promoting our organization to companies and workers in Quebec. “There’s a word for everything” could be her motto, so passionate is she about written French. This same enthusiasm is present when she chooses a platform to promote our services and our mission. She juggles diverse tasks related to websites, social media, public relations, images and articles! This diversity is what drives her to innovate constantly so that everyone in Quebec knows one thing: that FQR is the partner of choice for developing workers’ skills.

Mme Jacynthe Pedneault

Office Clerk

Efficient, bold, thoughtful… Jacynthe likes nothing better than a big, yet calculated, risk! Indeed, she was the one who undertook the complex and stimulating challenge of creating FQRenLIGNE, our online training platform. Jacynthe is the perfect technically savvy colleague and acts as the guardian of our digital cradle! Not only is she organized, but she is also autonomous and rigorous. This type of challenge, which combines digital and organizational skills, suits her perfectly! When she needs to take a break from her computer screens, she finds that a walk in nature on the shores of the iconic Lac-Saint-Jean is the perfect way to recharge her batteries! Then, she gets back in the driver’s seat and creates online training projects for local workers in collaboration with her Quebec business services partners.!
